When I was looking for an inspector I noticed that the rates are all over the place, why are the rates not standardized?
A home inspection is a knowledge based service. Ask questions and make sure you're comparing apples to apples. We are an established company, experienced in inspecting homes. Beware of inspectors that have taken a 6 day course and are calling themselves 'certified'. These are often the $199 inspectors. We happpily provide written quotes so you can accurately compare our services to others.
What about using the guy on TV or a department store or big box brand. They all seem to be offering home inspections now?
Dealing with a 'celebrity inspector' or a big box brand might sound like a good idea but the reality is that you are sent a contractor to perform the inspection and it still is up to that persons talent to ensure you get a good inspection. Why pay more for the brand?

What's included in the inspection?
You will receive a full colour report detailing the home. Our online maintenance manual is also included. All of our inspections include the use of Infrared Thermal Imaging. Some companies may charge extra for this service, if they offer it at all. We also provide you with a 90 day home buyers warranty as our gift to you.

Cancellation Policy
We recognize that things move quickly and change often during the sale or purchase of a home in Calgary and we maintain as much flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested client.
If a cancellation within 24 hours of your confirmed appointment occurs, a fee of half the quoted inspection fee will apply. A credit card number may be required to confirm your appointment.
