What is Infrared?
Infrared Thermography is the easiest and quickest method to detect moisture, electrical issues and energy waste in buildings. An infrared camera can pinpoint exactly where the problems are and helps focus the inspectors’ attention allowing him or her to properly diagnose the areas of concern. Thermal Image testing is also an important quality control measure when building or renovating a house.
Integra includes Infrared thermal imaging on ALL of our home inspections. That’s how much we believe that IR imaging needs to be a part of every inspection, not just something that is performed at an extra cost or not at all. If you’re not getting thermal imaging as part of your inspection, you’re not getting a full inspection!
